Security deposit of Fr.300.00 is required. The deposit will be released at check out day after inspection of the property.
Infants (0-2 Years) are charged Fr.20.00 per night regardless of using a baby cot or parents bed.
All other children are counted as occupant of the apartments and therefore needs to be included in the count at the time of booking. Additional occupants (not announced when booking) will be charged Fr.50.00 per person per night + city tax. Whenever not possible to accommodate the additional guest/s, admission might be refused.
Early Check In is available, charges apply.
Late Check Out is available, charges apply.
Damaged or Missing Items will be charged at cost of repair or replacement.
